Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Social Media Expert – Team Lead with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, and SEO. This role requires both strategic leadership and technical expertise to lead a small team, drive paid and organic growth, and optimize digital campaigns for performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of social media and digital marketing professionals.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Oversee SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO best practices.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO platforms.
