About us:

We are a premium food brand introducing an exciting new product to the Indian market. Our mission is to redefine taste and wellness with products that are natural, innovative, and globally inspired. We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and help us build strong brand love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand goals and product launches.
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, videos) tailored to different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
  • Design high-quality creatives using Photoshop, Canva, and other tools.
  • Develop moodboards and concepts for photoshoots, and lead/coordinate shoots with photographers and stylists.
  • Write engaging and effective copy for social media posts, campaigns, and ads.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics; optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on food, lifestyle, and digital trends to ensure the brand feels fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage influencer/creator partnerships and community engagement.
  • Ensure best practices in SEO and web traffic optimization are incorporated into content.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management (experience with food or lifestyle brands is a strong plus).
  • Strong creative skills with an eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and digital trends.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with social platforms, analytics tools, and content creation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and think strategically.
  • Passion for food, wellness, and culture is a big advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and the brand’s mission.
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is often preferred, but not always required if a candidate has a strong portfolio of proven success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
