We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and manage Sheopals’ presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate must have relevant experience within the Ayurvedic, health & wellness, or FMCG industry, and be skilled at building engaging brand narratives that resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored to each platform.
- Manage daily posting and ensure consistent brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and video teams to develop engaging campaigns and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for collaborations and UGC.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze KPIs, generate performance reports, and make data-driven decisions to optimize engagement and reach.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices in the wellness and Ayurvedic niche.
Requirements:
- Only candidates with relevant experience in the Ayurvedic, wellness, health, or FMCG industry will be considered.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Creative mindset with excellent content planning, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and apply insights for continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and hashtag strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- Experience working with Ayurvedic, health, wellness, or organic product brands.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.) are a bonus.
- Strong understanding of Ayurveda and natural living trends is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
