Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. You will be in charge of creating engaging content, managing day-to-day social media activities, and analyzing performance to optimize campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to align with business goals.
• Manage and grow social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations.
• Plan and run paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a community around the brand.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge in social media marketing.
• Monitor brand sentiment and address any concerns or issues raised by the audience.
• Prepare and present regular reports on social media performance to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique content ideas.
• Experience with paid social media advertising and campaigns.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in graphic design or video editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
