Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and oversee the company’s social media and digital marketing strategies. The candidate should have proven expertise in performance marketing, SEO, paid advertisements, and content writing, with the ability to balance creativity and analytical thinking. The role demands ownership, attention to detail, and consistent delivery of measurable results.
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
- Design and execute a comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Create and maintain monthly content calendars for different platforms.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative campaigns.
2. Performance Marketing & Advertising
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance based on ROI, CTR, CPL, and CPA, and drive continuous improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and targeting for effective ad spend utilization.
3. Content Development & Management
- Write compelling content for social media posts, advertisements, blogs, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with creative and design teams for production of graphics, reels, and videos.
- Ensure brand consistency, tone of voice, and message clarity across platforms.
4. SEO & Organic Growth
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine visibility.
- Integrate keyword research into content planning and campaign execution.
- Track competitor activities and suggest measures for brand visibility and market positioning.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and revenue impact.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
6. Community Management
- Manage online interactions including comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Build, engage, and nurture online communities to strengthen brand loyalty.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in performance marketing and paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and content optimization.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.
- Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
- 2–5 years of proven professional experience in social media management, SEO, and performance marketing.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, SEO/SEM (preferred but not mandatory).
