The Role

We are looking for a young, driven Social Media Manager who is in love with everything social. This role is ideal for someone bursting with creativity, hungry for growth, and ready to elevate our digital presence. If you live and breathe social media, know the difference between trends and fads, and want to shape how a hospitality brand connects with the world—this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create high-quality, brand-consistent content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels).
• Engage with our online community, respond to guest feedback, and manage brand reputation online.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams to align messaging and promotions.
• Stay on top of trends, tools, and emerging platforms to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media for a brand (hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industries preferred).
• Strong creative skills with an eye for visuals and storytelling.
• Excellent communication and copywriting abilities.
• Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms.
• A passion for hospitality, creativity, and building online communities.
