Social Media Manager

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to oversee and grow our brand's presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital storytelling, understands platform algorithms and trends, and knows how to create content that engages and converts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (graphics, captions, video, etc.)
• Manage day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills
• Proficiency with social tools (e.g., Canva, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Understanding of SEO, hashtag strategy, and analytics
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/projects

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
