About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take our clothing brand online and drive sales through platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will be creative, result-oriented, and passionate about fashion and online marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.

· Create, manage, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads) across social platforms.

· Handle online inquiries, comments, and customer messages in a timely manner.

· Run paid advertising campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

· Monitor social media performance, track analytics, and provide regular reports.

· Collaborate with the sales team to align social media campaigns with promotions and offers.

· Stay updated with fashion trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management/digital marketing.

· Prior experience in the clothing/fashion industry is highly preferred.

· Hands-on experience with Instagram & Facebook business pages, ads manager, and e-commerce sales through social media.

· Creative mindset with strong communication and copywriting skills.

· Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) preferred.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to convert insights into actions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
