We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is well-versed in digital trends, passionate about storytelling, and skilled in using social media to drive engagement, growth, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and publish engaging text, image, video, and story content.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage editorial calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Community Engagement
- Monitor conversations, respond to comments/messages, and foster strong online communities.
- Engage with influencers, industry leaders, and relevant groups for brand amplification.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
- Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Paid Campaigns
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to achieve specific business goals (leads, sales, awareness).
- Monitor ROI and optimize ad performance.
- Trendspotting
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
- Implement innovative ideas to keep the brand ahead.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management (agency or brand side).
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, analytics, and ad tools (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Creative mindset with strong eye for design and trends.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects under deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
