Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Monitor website and its content
• Create engaging content and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to support campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Respond to customer queries on all social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in managing social media for a brand.
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.
• Creativity, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
