Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to tailor strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Content Planning & Creation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn )
- Ensure content is on-brand, consistent with the voice and tone, and optimized for each platform.
- Plan and schedule posts, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia elements.
Community Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor and engage with user-generated content and encourage audience interaction.
- Identifying, researching, and building relationships with relevant influencers based on target audience and brand values
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., PR, advertising) to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Paid Media & Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media paid ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Ensure ads are targeted effectively and deliver results.
Brand Monitoring & Crisis Management:
- Track brand sentiment and address potential issues or negative feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Help manage online reputation and maintain positive brand perception.
Stay Current on Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Implement innovative strategies to ensure the brand stays competitive in a fast-evolving social media landscape.
