Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, ROI) and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships when required.
- Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines.
