We’re Hiring: Social Media & Digital Media Manager (Full-time)
Location: Lucknow

Do you live and breathe social media trends? Can you create campaigns that spark conversations, drive engagement, and build a strong online presence? We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Social Media & Digital Media Manager to lead our digital growth!

✅ Must Have:

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter (X), and emerging platforms
• Experience in political/social content or strong interest in the field
• Ability to plan & execute campaigns, manage posting schedules, and track analytics
• Creative skills in writing captions, creating hooks, and storytelling that resonates
• Understanding of paid ads, reach, engagement metrics & audience growth strategies
• Basic knowledge of Canva/Photoshop and collaboration with video editing team
• Trend-savvy mindset to capitalize on viral moments & topical content

Bonus Points For:

• Content writing & copywriting skills (Hindi/English)
• Experience in influencer collaborations & community building
• SEO knowledge for YouTube & social media growth
