About Us:

Chilzo is a fast-growing gourmet sauce brand with a strong retail and online presence. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent branding, creative campaigns, and meaningful engagement with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across platforms.
• Coordinate with the in-house design/video team for creatives and shoots.
• Manage influencer collaborations, including outreach, coordination, and deliverables.
• Oversee Instagram for Chilzo (content + influencer marketing).
• Post bi-weekly updates for Vegith Global, Vegith HR, and MLPL on LinkedIn.
• Share reports on social media performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with creative teams and manage influencer relations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic design/editing knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
• Video editing familiarity is a plus.
• Experience in food, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,457.11 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
