Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and performance of our clients’ social media presence. You’ll manage a team of executives, coordinate with content and design teams, and be responsible for brand growth, engagement, and campaign success across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand objectives
• Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Manage and mentor a team of social media executives and interns
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure creative consistency
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions)
• Drive paid campaigns with performance marketers, set budgets, and track ROI
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, tools, and competitor activities
• Coordinate with influencers and external content creators where needed
• Handle brand reputation, crisis communication, and audience feedback on social platforms

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social platform analytics, paid ad tools, and content marketing
• Proven track record of growing accounts and managing campaigns
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer/Later, Canva, and basic Excel
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple brands/accounts
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field (preferred)
