ABOUT THE ROLE:

Our community of travellers is growing! We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media

Manager to join our team at Travel Scrable. This role is pivotal in creating, managing, and executing

our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our community, and drive

growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, skilled in content creation,

and proficient in analytics to measure success across various social media platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create and implement social media strategies in collaboration with design and content teams.

2. Identify target audience and tailor content according to brand image to engage and grow our community.

3. Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram,

YouTube)

4. Monitor, respond to, and engage with our community across all social media channels.

5. Foster a positive and active online community, addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.

6. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.

7. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve strategies and campaigns.

8. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.

REQUIREMENTS

● Excellent communication, presentation skills and multitasking skills.

● Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or similar role.

● In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, digital media advertising and analytics tools.

● Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

● Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles

● Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
