Al Habtoor Motors is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our newly expanded Advertising Department. This person will own the social media strategy and execution across all AHM brands. The role requires deep expertise in social platforms, paid and organic content management, and the ability to drive engagement, awareness, and leads. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Advertising Manager and Creative Manager to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns across digital channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategy across AHM’s multi-brand portfolio (Mitsubishi, FUSO, JAC, Bentley, Bugatti, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations, including planning, publishing, monitoring, and engaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, performance tracking, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with Creative Manager to produce compelling content (visuals, video, copy) tailored to each platform.
  • Maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure alignment with updated trends, special occasions etc
  • Align with Advertising Manager to ensure social campaigns integrate with broader advertising initiatives.
  • Monitor social conversations, community engagement, and sentiment, ensuring prompt response to queries and issues.
  • Manage social media calendar in line with launches, promotions, and events.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across all platforms.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, highlighting ROI, KPIs, and insights.
  • Stay current on social media trends, new platforms, tools, and competitor activity.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and platform representatives.
  • Support crisis communication and reputation management on digital platforms.

Skills & Qualifications Required

Essentials

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience in social media management, with at least 2 years in UAE
  • Proven track record managing paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROAS, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting and content planning skills.
  • Experience in community management and social listening.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to generate leads using social media platform through paid ads and boosting

Desirable

  • Automotive or luxury brand experience.
  • Experience with influencer management.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM integration with social campaigns.
  • Experience with video-first and interactive formats.

Technical Knowledge

  • Paid social platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube Ads.
  • Social media scheduling and management tools: Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, or similar.
  • Analytics tools: Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics / GA4, LinkedIn Insights.
  • Content formats and specs across all major platforms.
  • Social listening and monitoring tools.
  • Influencer marketing and campaign measurement.
  • Understanding of attribution models and customer journey in digital.
  • Crisis communication management on digital platforms.

Must-Have

  • Proven experience managing multi-platform social media campaigns in UAE.
  • Strong experience in paid social advertising.
