Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager with prior experience in real estate to manage our digital presence and lead generation activities across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the real estate market, digital marketing trends, and consumer behavior, with a proven track record of running successful campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives and project-specific goals.
  • Manage content calendars and daily posting schedules across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Create engaging and informative content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, ads) to attract and retain followers.

Campaign Management & Lead Generation:

  • Plan, run, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and Google Ads to generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize campaigns for cost-efficiency, reach, and conversion (CPL, CTR, ROI).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align lead generation efforts with project targets.

Content Creation & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to develop high-quality creative content.
  • Write SEO-friendly copy, captions, and ad texts tailored to the target audience.
  • Oversee live sessions, property walkthroughs, virtual tours, and customer testimonials.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine strategy.

Community Engagement & Brand Management:

  • Manage and grow the brand’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and queries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain brand consistency and tone across all platforms.
  • Promote real estate projects, site visits, events, launches, and offers.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in managing social media for real estate companies is mandatory.
  • Education: MBA in Marketing, Communications, or related field (mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of real estate marketing dynamics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Instagram Reels, etc.).
  • Excellent content writing, storytelling, and editing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Creative mindset with attention to design and branding.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
