Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement.
- Manage a small team of interns, delegate tasks, and provide training and mentorship.
- Create, schedule, and oversee high-quality content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with design, content, and influencer teams for cohesive brand campaigns.
- Manage influencer partnerships and gifting programs to increase brand reach.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to optimize strategies.
- Review intern deliverables, provide constructive feedback, and ensure timely execution.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and ensure all communications align with the brand identity.
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in social media or brand management.
- Prior experience in managing interns or junior team members.
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Proven ability to grow social media accounts and drive engagement.
- Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the jewelry, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
- Familiarity with paid social media campaigns.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media content and captions.
