Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of social media platforms and content strategies. You will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content to grow our online presence and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
