The ideal candidate will handle the clinic’s online presence across all platforms, create engaging content, and ensure consistent growth and engagement aligned with the clinic’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Capture and post daily stories showcasing clinic activities, patient experiences (with consent), and doctor highlights.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
- Create, schedule, and publish posts that align with the marketing strategy and ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate and engage with doctors and staff to produce authentic, informative, and trend-driven content.
- Research and implement the latest social media trends and best practices to increase engagement and reach.
- Prepare monthly performance reports including metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage online inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and tools (Meta Suite, TikTok, etc.).
- Skilled in content creation, photography, and short-form video shooting/editing.
- Creative eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic required.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work independently within a clinic environment.
