Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate will handle the clinic’s online presence across all platforms, create engaging content, and ensure consistent growth and engagement aligned with the clinic’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Capture and post daily stories showcasing clinic activities, patient experiences (with consent), and doctor highlights.
  • Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts that align with the marketing strategy and ongoing campaigns.
  • Collaborate and engage with doctors and staff to produce authentic, informative, and trend-driven content.
  • Research and implement the latest social media trends and best practices to increase engagement and reach.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports including metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage online inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably in the healthcare or aesthetic industry).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and tools (Meta Suite, TikTok, etc.).
  • Skilled in content creation, photography, and short-form video shooting/editing.
  • Creative eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic required.
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to work independently within a clinic environment.
