About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, an understanding of current digital trends, and the ability to engage audiences across all major social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, campaigns) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar.
- Manage day-to-day community interactions, comments, and messages.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance and engagement metrics.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and trending content formats.
- Manage paid social campaigns if applicable (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boosts, etc.).
- Support influencer partnerships and collaborations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools.
- Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- Experience with social media ads and influencer marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Understanding of trends .
