Social Media Manager

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency in UAE that helps brands elevate their online presence. We are looking for a proactive Social Media Manager who can independently manage client social media accounts across multiple platforms, deliver engaging content, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple clients independently.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and marketing goals.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and overall social media strategy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key social platforms.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of content creation, social media trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.

Preferred:

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite).
• Knowledge of paid social campaigns and basic ad management.
