Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging, high-quality content — including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, or other platforms).
- Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and analyze performance reports.
- Grow brand awareness, reach, and engagement organically and through paid efforts.
- Collaborate with the design, video, and marketing teams for content planning and campaigns.
- Respond to comments, DMs, and messages in a timely, professional manner.
- Stay up to date with industry changes, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with performance tracking tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or community building.
