Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative social media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions and coordinate with the design and video teams to ensure visually consistent content.
- Manage day-to-day posting, story updates, and community engagement (comments, DMs, replies).
- Launch and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads to improve reach and performance.
- Track performance using Meta Business Suite / Instagram Insights and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, Performance Marketing, and Web) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Research competitors, analyze campaign results, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and maintain high creative standards across all projects.
Experience
- 1 year of hands-on experience in managing multiple social media pages (agency experience preferred).
- Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and brand visibility.
- Practical knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite or other scheduling apps)
- Basic understanding of ad management, content strategy, and analytics.
- Experience in client communication, brainstorming sessions, and reporting.
- Strong organizational, writing, and coordination skills in a fast-paced agency environment.
