Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, blogs, infographics, and stories.
- Write compelling copy for captions, posts, and ads tailored to each platform.
- Collaborate with design/production teams for high-quality visual content.
- Stay updated on industry trends, memes, and viral content to integrate into strategy.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow brand presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently to maximize reach and engagement.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, impressions, and audience interaction.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors’ activities.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Analytics & Strategy
- Track KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions, leads, conversions).
- Provide monthly performance reports and insights with recommendations.
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics and audience behavior.
- Collaborate with marketing team for paid ad campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
- Creative thinker with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
