Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, strategizing, managing, and growing our brand’s social media pages. You’ll work closely with our creative and content teams to craft campaigns that connect, engage, and convert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage day-to-day activities across all platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.).
• Plan content calendars, campaigns, and posting schedules.
• Analyse insights and performance metrics to optimize growth and engagement.
• Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to create compelling posts and stories.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithms to keep the brand ahead.
• Monitor audience feedback and engage meaningfully with followers.
• having knowledge on FB and Google ads to run campaigns is an impressive ad on

Requirements:

• Should be good in figuring out whats trending in the music and entertainment industry
• Proven experience managing social media pages (preferably for brands, Artists, Artist or Event Management Co or creators).
• Strong understanding of digital trends, analytics, and content strategy.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to plan campaigns and execute them on time.
• Basic knowledge of paid promotions, influencer marketing, and community building is a plus.
