Job Description

NIILM University is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, student engagement, and lead generation across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the university’s branding and outreach goals.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels — SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including content creators, designers, and developers to create engaging digital content.
  • Manage and regularly update the university’s website, social media platforms, and other digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and relevance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and recommendations.
  • Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and suggest innovative strategies to improve reach and engagement.
  • Oversee content calendars, paid promotions, and audience engagement initiatives across digital channels.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for integrated campaigns and live coverage of university events.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in digital marketing or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and other relevant platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, creative, and organizational skills.
