About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Rockstar — a creative powerhouse who can film, edit, and manage social content across multiple exciting ventures:

• Vamos Verde – Dubai’s new clean-eating, sustainable restaurant brand, launching soon in Expo City.
• Personal Brand – a lifestyle and family-focused brand documenting an entrepreneurial journey in Dubai.
• Airbnb Luxury Stay Collection – a growing portfolio of high-end short-term rental properties across Dubai Marina, JBR, and Downtown.

You’ll be responsible for crafting daily video content and social campaigns that tell the story of these ventures — from food and travel to lifestyle, property, and entrepreneurship.

What You’ll Do

• Film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Capture behind-the-scenes content from restaurant operations, property setups, and lifestyle shoots.
• Plan, schedule, and manage multi-brand content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, manage community interaction, and track performance analytics.
• Support photo and video shoots across venues, homes, and Dubai locations.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to translate ideas and brand tone into compelling visual storytelling.

Working Hours

• Full-time: 50 hours per week.
• Variable schedule across 7 days — including early mornings, evenings, and occasional late-night shoots.
• One full day off per week guaranteed.
• Expect dynamic, changing hours based on content opportunities, events, and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and video content creation/editing.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Excellent spoken and written English — must be able to communicate creative nuance, tone, and storytelling clearly.
• Strong eye for aesthetics, lighting, and composition.
• Flexible, fast-moving, and comfortable working in varied environments (restaurants, homes, outdoor shoots).
• Knowledge of Dubai’s food, lifestyle, and hospitality scene is an advantage.
• Own car not essential but a big bonus.
• Positive energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude are essential.
