Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create engaging content tailored for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and feedback through social listening tools.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to increase reach and engagement.
- Analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Buffer to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Conduct proofreading to ensure all content is accurate and on-brand.
- Maintain relationships with influencers and partners for potential collaborations in public relations efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Experience with content creation, video editing, photography, and branding strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Ability to analyze data from web analytics to inform strategy adjustments.
