Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Mumbai

About the Role:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our social media presence, including content planning, creation, scheduling, and marketing communication. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online image and fostering meaningful connections with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling of Social Media Platforms:

  • Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as deemed relevant.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement, inquiries, and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure optimal performance and visibility.

2. Content Planning:

  • Develop a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with company goals and target audience preferences.
  • Plan and curate engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and branding initiatives.

3. Content Creation:

  • Collaborate closely with the Graphic Designer to produce high-quality and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends in graphic design and visual storytelling to continually enhance the quality and impact of our content.

4. Scheduling of Posts:

  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting schedules.
  • Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts, monitor performance, and analyze metrics.
  • Optimize posting times and frequency based on audience engagement data and platform analytics.

5. Marketing Communication:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

6. Website Work:

  • Create compelling and SEO-friendly content for the company website, including product/service pages, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice across all website content.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize website content for search engines and improve organic visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in social media management, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and interact effectively across various social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to a cohesive social media presence.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms, as well as basic knowledge of analytics tools.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices

Language: Hindi & English Marathi (Must)

Pay: ₹11,445.22 - ₹47,587.91 per month
