Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Manage and maintain the company’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Create and curate engaging visual, video, and written content for social media campaigns.
- Plan and manage social media calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to enhance performance and audience engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and insights to optimize strategy.
- Coordinate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Run and monitor paid social media ad campaigns to drive leads and conversions.
- Manage community engagement — respond to comments, messages, and queries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and media agencies to expand brand reach.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice, and visuals across all social platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Social Media Executive / Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and similar tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in paid ad management (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of content marketing and influencer collaboration strategies.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to think strategically.
