XtremeTechnologies.net is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with hands-on experience in AI tools, GoHighLevel CRM, marketing automations, and platform integrations.
The ideal candidate must 4+ years of experience in U.S. market and have the capability to build strong digital presence across all major social networks, and uses data, creativity, and automation to drive measurable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging and original content — leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) for text, image, and video creation.
- Manage GoHighLevel (GHL) pipelines, campaigns, workflows, and automations for lead capture and nurturing.
- Integrate social campaigns with CRM and automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, HubSpot, etc.) to streamline lead flow and reporting.
- Schedule posts, monitor performance, and engage audiences daily.
- Analyze analytics and KPIs to optimize content and ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and report performance.
- Build automated funnels for social engagement, lead generation, and remarketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams for unified messaging, branding, and content strategy.
- Stay up to date with U.S. digital trends, AI developments, and platform algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media for U.S. brands or agencies.
- Proven 4-5 years work experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) — workflows, triggers, pipelines, forms, and campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with automation and integration tools (Zapier, Make, Pabbly Connect, etc.).
- Proficient in AI-driven content creation tools — ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, D-ID, or similar.
- Skilled in Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Should have experience for all social platforms such as Meta, IG, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn coordinate with paid marketing team/agency to maximize advertising effectiveness and ROI.
- Excellent understanding of all major social platforms, their analytics, and best practices.
- Must have B2B or SaaS marketing background
- Understanding of SEO, content funnels, and digital ad retargeting
- Strong communication skills — fluent in English (U.S. business tone).
- Experience creating landing pages, automations, and CRM reporting in GoHighLevel.
- Creative mindset with the ability to blend design, strategy, and automation.
