Social Media Manager

Location: I-9/3 Islamabad

Work Hours: 6PM-3AM

Qualifications / Experience Required:

• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.)
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta ad campaigns
• Strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and analytics
• Ability to plan, schedule, and execute social media strategies
• Creative mindset with strong communication skills
• Prior experience (min: 2 years) in a similar role is preferred
• Experience in the healthcare/medical billing industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for lead generation, conversions.
• Develop creative content strategies, monthly calendars, and engaging posts aligned with company goals.
• Track performance metrics, prepare analytics reports, and refine strategies for better results.
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new features.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally.
