At Driven Properties , we're not looking for a "social media executive." We're looking for a creator — a bold storyteller who can turn real estate into culture. You'll define how Driven shows up online — visually, emotionally, and socially. You'll turn properties into stories, teams into heroes, and everyday moments into content people want to share.

You understand social media better than agencies. You live where the trends live. You can direct, write, shoot, and publish — fast, smart, and with intent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction for all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
  • Concept, script, and direct Reels / TikToks that stop the scroll and tell stories that stick
  • Write sharp, story-driven copy — from punchy hooks to clever captions that outperform agency creatives
  • Collaborate across Driven's teams — not just marketing. Work with Sales, HR, Leasing, and Operations to turn internal moments and business milestones into shareable content
  • Use AI tools (Gen AI, Midjourney, Runway, OpusClip, Synthesia, etc.) to amplify ideas, speed up editing, and experiment with formats
  • Stay ahead of trends — cultural, visual, and local. You're first to spot them and fastest to act
  • Leverage social listening tools like Brandwatch and Meltwater to understand audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activity
  • Manage publishing and analytics through platforms like Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social — keeping our presence consistent, on-brand, and data-backed
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors to bring ideas to life — visually and emotionally
  • Own the content calendar — ensuring Driven's feed feels alive, human, and ahead of everyone else

Requirements

  • Think like a creative director, not a scheduler
  • Are fluent in ideas, storytelling, and execution — not just platforms
  • Love both art and analytics — every creative choice backed by insight
  • Know how to mix AI tools with instinct and taste to create faster, brighter, and bolder
  • Utilize social listening tools (such as Brandwatch and Meltwater) and management tools (like Hootsuite, Later, and Sprout) as part of your daily workflow
  • Move fast, take risks, and know how to turn creative chaos into consistent output
