Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to manage content creation, posting, ads, engagement, and strategy across all major platforms. You will be responsible for building brand presence, generating leads, improving engagement, and ensuring consistent brand growth across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan, create, and execute campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas.
Content Creation & Publishing
- Work with designers/editors to produce high-quality posts, reels, videos, and stories.
- Write strong, engaging captions and hashtags.
- Schedule posts across all platforms efficiently.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive brand voice and build relationships with followers.
- Monitor brand mentions and handle negative feedback professionally.
Social Media Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Set up A/B tests, audiences, retargeting, and lead-generation funnels.
- Monitor daily ad performance and adjust budgets accordingly.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: reach, engagement, impressions, leads, conversions.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Optimize content and ad strategy based on insights.
Collaboration
- Work with marketing, design, and sales teams to align goals.
- Coordinate shoots with content creators, photographers, and videographers.
- Suggest new ideas and improvements to grow brand performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager (agency experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Ability to create or guide the creation of reels, videos, and short-form content.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms.
- Strong communication, copywriting, and creative thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple brands at once (for agencies).
