We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager – Content to lead the content strategy, creation, and execution across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, who understands how to craft engaging, brand-aligned content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Research and identify trending topics, audience preferences, and platform-specific best practices.
- Align social media content with the overall brand voice, storytelling and messaging strategy.
Content Creation & Management
- Write compelling and engaging captions, scripts, and social media posts tailored for different platforms.
- Oversee the production of high-quality visual content (images, videos, GIFs, reels, infographics, etc.).
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
Community Engagement & Growth
- Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and interaction on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
- Partner with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to optimize performance.
- Conduct A/B testing for different content formats, captions, and posting times.
- Provide monthly reports on content performance and actionable insights for improvement.
Campaign Execution & Brand Awareness
- Work closely with the marketing and paid media team to integrate organic and paid strategies.
- Plan and execute seasonal, product launch, and brand awareness campaigns on social media.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and compliance policies.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience: 3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
- Creative thinker with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to adapt to trends, algorithm changes, and digital innovations.
