We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager – Content to lead the content strategy, creation, and execution across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, who understands how to craft engaging, brand-aligned content that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
  • Research and identify trending topics, audience preferences, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Align social media content with the overall brand voice, storytelling and messaging strategy.

Content Creation & Management

  • Write compelling and engaging captions, scripts, and social media posts tailored for different platforms.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality visual content (images, videos, GIFs, reels, infographics, etc.).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and interaction on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner.
  • Partner with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.

Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to optimize performance.
  • Conduct A/B testing for different content formats, captions, and posting times.
  • Provide monthly reports on content performance and actionable insights for improvement.

Campaign Execution & Brand Awareness

  • Work closely with the marketing and paid media team to integrate organic and paid strategies.
  • Plan and execute seasonal, product launch, and brand awareness campaigns on social media.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and compliance policies.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience: 3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
  • Creative thinker with strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to trends, algorithm changes, and digital innovations.
