Social Media Manager

Overview

Expandabley is looking for a social media Manager who can create engaging content in English and Arabic. If you also speak French, that’s a sweet bonus. You’ll help bring our properties and projects to life across multiple platforms and keep our audience connected to what we’re building.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content in both English and Arabic
• Produce short-form videos, photos, and captions for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and more
• Manage the content calendar and work closely with marketing and leasing teams
• Track analytics and adjust strategy based on performance
• Handle community engagement: comments, DMs, and public responses
• Join on-site shoots at properties and events
• Keep up with platform trends and pitch new ideas

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must(written and spoken)
• French proficiency is a plus
• Experience managing social accounts for a brand or agency
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to film and edit social videos
• Familiarity with analytics tools
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Interest in real estate or willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Photography or videography experience
• Graphic design skills
• Experience with paid ads
