Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with strong expertise in E-commerce, brand promotion, and end-to-end digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing social media channels, running paid ad campaigns, optimizing digital branding, and driving sales through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and manage daily content for all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Develop and execute monthly social media calendars.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and improve audience interaction.
  • Collaborate with design & content teams to create high-quality visuals and videos.

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

  • Run and optimize Facebook/META Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Analyze ad performance and implement strategies to reduce cost and increase ROI.
  • Manage retargeting campaigns, lookalike audiences, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Performance tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools.

E-Commerce Marketing

  • Work closely with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) or brand website to increase traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate product photoshoots, listings, banners, and online brand visibility.
  • Plan festive campaigns, content promotions, and growth strategies.
  • Improve product presentation, customer engagement, and brand recall.

Brand Promotion & Strategy

  • Build and maintain brand identity across all digital platforms.
  • Plan influencer collaborations, reels, and viral content strategies.
  • Conduct competitor research and implement best industry practices.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand reach and conversions.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, leads, CPC, sales, etc.).
  • Use insights to refine campaigns and content strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Social Media + E-commerce Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of META Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, and SEO basics.
  • Ability to create and manage content calendars.
  • Basic understanding of website management (WordPress/Shopify preferred).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
