Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Create and curate high-quality, on-brand content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with our online community.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithm changes to optimize our content strategy and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for influencer partnerships, collaborations, and user-generated content to amplify our brand reach.
  • Actively engage in online conversations and participate in relevant industry discussions to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing social media accounts for a consumer-facing brand, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.

  • The candidate should be passionate about the beauty industry and stay updated on current trends and developments.
  • Confidence and professionalism in representing the brand online, including handling customer inquiries and feedback with empathy and tact.
  • Experience in conducting social media audits and competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Pay: ₹12,653.64 - ₹38,519.13 per month
