Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Create and curate high-quality, on-brand content including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive interactions with our online community.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and platform algorithm changes to optimize our content strategy and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for influencer partnerships, collaborations, and user-generated content to amplify our brand reach.
- Actively engage in online conversations and participate in relevant industry discussions to increase brand visibility and thought leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) managing social media accounts for a consumer-facing brand, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content ideas and campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with influencers and managing influencer campaigns is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
