Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing campaigns optimized for leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
  • Develop engaging content, calendars, and posting strategies aligned with brand tone and audience insights.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager.
  • Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce cost per result.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Meta Marketing.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Manage community engagement: responding to comments, inbox queries, and maintaining brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager (2–4 years minimum).
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
  • Creativity in content planning and social media storytelling.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and metrics.
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
