Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing campaigns optimized for leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Develop engaging content, calendars, and posting strategies aligned with brand tone and audience insights.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness and reduce cost per result.
- Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in Meta Marketing.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Manage community engagement: responding to comments, inbox queries, and maintaining brand reputation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Meta Ads Manager (2–4 years minimum).
- Strong understanding of paid ads, audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
- Creativity in content planning and social media storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and metrics.
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
