Job Description
We are looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Manager who will lead our digital content creation, strategy, and brand engagement across multiple platforms. This role demands a strong understanding of video and photo editing, current social media trends, brand identity, and campaign execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality video and image content, developing social media strategies, and elevating our brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and create high-quality video content for reels, ads, carousels, YouTube, and brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise, design and produce video and photo posts aligned with the brand’s tone and look.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound design, colour correction, and finishing touches to video projects.
- Create and publish photo and video posts for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and execute content calendars and posting strategies to grow engagement, brand reach and conversions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, viral formats and apply them creatively.
- Organise project files, manage edits, ensure deadlines are met and maintain consistent quality across all deliverables.
- Bring strong storytelling sense, pacing and visual rhythm to all posts and videos.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining efficiency, quality and brand coherence.
- Work with motion graphics or animation (2D/3D) elements when required.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in social media management, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proven experience in social media management, video editing and graphic design.
- Proficiency and access to editing and design software/tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve, Canva (or equivalent).
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, visual rhythm, colour grading and audio-sync.
- Strong understanding of short-form video formats, trending content, platform dynamics, and social media best practices.
- Experience with motion graphics or animation (2D or 3D) is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and maintain quality consistently.
- Personal laptop or desktop computer, stable internet connection, and reliable power backup for uninterrupted workflow.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, and strong communication skills.
Job Details
Salary: PKR 90,000 to 1,15,000 per month (Depending on proven track record)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home)
Work Schedule Monday to Friday (Saturday-Half day)
11:30 PM to 8:30 PM (Pakistan Standard Time), including a 1-hour break

- Stable internet connection suitable for large file uploads/downloads and remote collaboration.
- Power backup (UPS or inverter) to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
