Take over a key role as a Social Media Manager in the Marketing department and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

What we expect from you:

• Lead end-to-end social media operations across UAE and KSA markets
• Drive follower growth, engagement, hook rate, and overall brand visibility across all social platforms
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality, high-volume social content consistently
• Manage influencer partnerships, track performance, and deliver strong ROI
• Collaborate with BD teams on business-driven content requirements
• Work closely with internal teams such as Quality and Operations to produce crew-focused and service-focused content
• Guide and coordinate with videographers and future social media hires
• Maintain a strong pulse on UAE/KSA cultural trends to ensure relevance in content and campaigns
• Report performance insights, KPIs, and growth updates regularly

What we are looking for:

• 7–9 years of proven experience managing large brand social media accounts (100k+ followers)
• Strong understanding of UAE and KSA culture, trends, and audience behaviour
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute end-to-end social content workflows
• Solid experience managing influencers and creators
• Strong creative judgment with the ability to deliver high-quality output at speed
• Portfolio showcasing brand-side experience and strong creative execution
  Ability to think like a creator and lead a small content team
• In-office availability with occasional travel for shoots and external meetings
• Startup or fast-paced brand experience is a plus due to the speed and content volume of this role
• Arabic language proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with creative tools and workflows
