About the Role

We are hiring a Social Media Manager who can independently manage our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with brand goals. This role requires consistency, creativity, and the capability to handle day-to-day social media activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily posting on all social media platforms.
  • Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create engaging content and captions tailored to each platform.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor trends and implement new ideas to improve engagement.
  • Track basic analytics to assess post performance.
  • Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely execution.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong design sense with the ability to guide or create visuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media tools and trends.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Availability for night shift (6 PM to 4 AM).
