About the Role

As a Social Media Manager, you will manage ICT’s presence across social channels, ensuring consistent branding, engagement, and content performance. You will develop strategies to increase visibility, engage partners, and support ICT’s growth across regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ICT’s social media strategy.
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and branded messaging.
• Create engaging content tailored to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize strategies based on performance.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams for visuals and campaigns.
• Respond to inquiries, comments, and community interactions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor social performance.
• Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Support campaign initiatives, brand visibility, and event promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of B2B and technology sector content.
• Experience with social tools: Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn tools.

Skills

• Excellent communication and creativity.
• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with visual content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop).
• Strong analytical mindset for campaign optimization.
