About the Role
We are looking for a
dynamic and creative Social Media Manager
to lead and execute social media strategies for a fast-growing fintech organization. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with on-camera charisma and understands how to engage a financial audience across multiple platforms.
You will manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube, driving brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand values and business objectives.

Create and manage monthly social media calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content.

Act as the face of the brand on social media, engaging with audiences and promoting brand messages.

Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.

Build relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the fintech space.

Oversee design aspects including graphics, videos, and ad creatives.

Track and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights and ROI reports.

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Ideal Candidate

5+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital media, preferably in financial services.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies.
Must have proven track record of growing communities, followers and exciting social media activity.

Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

Skilled in social analytics tools and online marketing principles.

Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English.
