About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media strategies for a fast-growing fintech organization. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with on-camera charisma and understands how to engage a financial audience across multiple platforms.


You will manage social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube, driving brand awareness, engagement, and community growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand values and business objectives.
  • Create and manage monthly social media calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Act as the face of the brand on social media, engaging with audiences and promoting brand messages.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities.
  • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the fintech space.
  • Oversee design aspects including graphics, videos, and ad creatives.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, providing actionable insights and ROI reports.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.


Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital media, preferably in financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven success in developing and executing social media strategies. Must have proven track record of growing communities, followers and exciting social media activity.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Skilled in social analytics tools and online marketing principles.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
