Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Social Media Handler / Manager with 4+ years of proven expertise in managing and scaling brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be strategic, creative, data-driven, and capable of independently handling end-to-end social media operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategy & content calendar
• Manage and grow platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn & WhatsApp Business
• Create high-quality content (posts, reels, shorts, captions, storytelling)
• Lead brand campaigns, seasonal promotions & product launches
• Handle influencer collaborations & UGC campaigns
• Manage community engagement, reviews & reputation
• Plan and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta & YouTube – basic to intermediate level)
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, CTR, leads, conversions)
• Coordinate with sales, design & marketing teams
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Track trends and implement innovative growth strategies

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of algorithms, analytics & content performance
• Advanced knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Reels editing tools
• Copywriting & storytelling skills
• Experience with lead generation & conversion-focused campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple brands / pages
• Excellent communication & leadership skills

Preferred Background:

• Experience in Travel / Tourism / Hospitality / Lifestyle brands
• Digital Marketing certification (preferred)
• Team handling experience is an advantage
