We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and grow our digital presence across platforms. This role requires a strong blend of strategy, creativity, analytics, and cultural awareness. You will be responsible for shaping Adira’s social narrative, driving engagement, and building a loyal community aligned with the brand’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute Adira’s end-to-end social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Plan and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with brand launches, campaigns, and business goals
  • Conceptualize and oversee creation of high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content and campaigns accordingly
  • Stay updated on social media trends, cultural moments, and platform updates relevant to Adira’s audience
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, design, content, PR, and performance marketing
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations and creator partnerships in line with brand guidelines
  • Support paid social initiatives with content ideas and performance insights
  • Manage brand reputation and handle sensitive communications on social platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content formats
  • Proven ability to build brand presence and engagement organically
  • Experience with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills
  • Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual branding
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or D2C brands
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
  • Basic design and video-editing knowledge (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with paid social media and performance-driven campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
