Social Media Manager

Are you a creative, trend-savvy storyteller with a passion for all things digital? We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can elevate our online presence, build meaningful engagement, and bring bold ideas to life.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

· Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative content skills; confident on camera and experienced in video content (reels, TikToks, stories).

· Up-to-date with trends, content formats, and social media best practices; able to think creatively and deliver bold ideas.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

· Experience in social media management/content creation, preferably with fashion, skincare, makeup, jewellery, lifestyle, and home décor brands.

· Hands-on expertise across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.

· Proficient with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).

· Skilled in design and editing tools including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.

Responsibilities:

· Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

· Create dynamic, on-brand content—including on-camera content—to engage and grow our audience.

· Develop and implement effective content strategies to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.

· Create & Manage content calendars, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to brainstorm and execute innovative campaigns.

· Monitor analytics and insights to optimize content performance.

· Manage community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs, and audience interactions.

· Plan, schedule, and post content consistently across all platforms to maintain a strong and active digital presence.
