Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our clients' presence across all social platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing community interactions to build brand awareness and drive engagement. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Content Development
Social Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for various clients to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality content (text, image, and video) that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, influencer collaborations, and seasonal promotions.
Platform Management: Manage day-to-day operations across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.
Performance and Growth
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using platform analytics and third-party tools.
Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging trends, new features, and viral formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.) to keep client accounts relevant.
Community Engagement: Monitor social media conversations and engage with followers to build a loyal community for our clients.
Ad Coordination: Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align organic social efforts with paid social advertising campaigns.
Collaboration and Standards
Team Coordination: Work closely with Graphic Designers and Video Editors to ensure all visual assets meet brand standards and social best practices.
Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all social touchpoints.
Client Interaction: Present social media plans and performance reports directly to clients, incorporating their feedback into future strategies.
Requirements
Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a media or digital agency environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media growth, viral content, or creative campaigns you have managed.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a flair for creative storytelling.
Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
